BVS Performance Solutions ClickBranch - What Great Video Banking Looks Like Description: Bob Jones is looking at computer screen Narrator: Bob Jones needs a new car. Narrator: He let his teenage grandson borrow his car and, well, now there's body damage. Between that and some problems the mechanic found under the hood, Bob's decided it's not worth fixing. It's time to take out a loan for something new. Description: Bob Jones surfing his financial institution's website Narrator: Bob's been with his financial institution for years, and used to prefer conducting business in person. But with the rise of digital/self-service banking - a process sped up by the COVID-19 pandemic - Bob is shifting away from branch visits, like many other account holders. He remembers reading an email from his financial institution about a new video calling option, so he's going to try it. He's going to try ClickBranch. Description: Bob uses ClickBranch to call his banker. Bob: "Let's see, Michelle ... ah, there she is! And she's free to call." Michelle: "Hi, Bob! Nice to see you!" Bob: "Nice to be seen. You know, this is pretty slick. It's like sitting across the desk from you!" Michelle: "And you saved yourself a little gas not driving over here." Bob: "Actually, that's what I wanted to talk about. My car, it's seen better days. I think it's time to apply for a loan and get something new." Michelle: "I'd be glad to help! We can do the entire process right here on ClickBranch." Bob: "Great. I know what kind of car I want - actually, it's an SUV - and I know about how much I need to borrow, after my trade in. I just don't want to show up at the dealership without preapproval." Michelle: "I understand. Let me pull up the application and share it with you." Description: Michelle opens a loan document on her computer. Michelle: "I'll ask the questions and you can watch while I fill in the fields. Once we get the application completed, I'll email it to you for your electronic signature." Michelle: "Okay, Bob, you know the drill. I have to take a quick look at your driver's license ..." Bob: "No problem!" Michelle: "Okay, now what's your monthly income, versus obligations?" Bob: "Monthly income is about $6,000. Obligations ... let me see ..." Michelle: "Now that we're done with the application, as promised, I'm going to email it to you for your electronic signature." Bob: "Okay, I have your email and I've opened the loan document. How do I sign?" Michelle: "If you want to share your screen, I'll show you. To do that, do you see that 'screen' icon in the lower lefthand corner? Click on it, and you'll get your choices of screens to share. Since you opened the auto loan document, you can share it." Bob: "Okay ... yep! There you go!" Description: Bob and Michelle work through the process of signing the load document digitally. Michelle: "Okay, to sign: See the box? If you agree to use electronic records and signatures, click on it. Hit continue, and then you'll be able to scroll through the pages. The arrows will show you where you need to sign." Bob: "And I sign just by clicking?" Michelle: "Yes. The first time, it will ask you to adopt your signature. Just type your name, and then your initials." Bob: "Okay. Adopted ... and signed." Michelle: "Now that I have your signature, we can pull a credit report. I don't see any reason you won't be preapproved. I'll let you know for sure later today." Bob: "That's it? That was easy!" Michelle: "Even easier than coming to the branch! Do you have any questions, or is there anything else I can help you with?" Bob: "Nothing off the top of my head. This has been great. I think you're going to be seeing a lot more of me on ClickBranch in the future!" Michelle: "We're always happy to help. See you next time!" Narrator: CLICKBRANCH.
